TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Promoter: The promoter is: Flavor Sampling Limited (company number 12125350) of 124 Finchley Road, London, England, NW3 5JS.
The competition: The competition is to win a month’s supply of Gosh! Sweet Potato Pakoras.
How to enter: You can enter the competition as follows:
The competition will run from 12:00pm (BST) on Tuesday 6th June 2023 (the “Opening Date“) to 12:00pm (BST) on Friday 30th June 2023 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 12:00 (BST) on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
To enter the competition, (1) scan the QR code (2) take a photo with your Gosh! sweet potato pakora sample (3) tag Gosh! and include #ohmygosh (4) share the photo to your Instagram account
Please note that the prize can only be won if you have completed all 4 steps listed above.
The Promoter will not accept (i) responsibility for competition entries that are delayed or lost, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or (ii) proof of transmission or submission of the entry as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
Participation in this competition is subject to the agreement that the entry process will be exclusively managed and supervised by www.ttagz.co.uk. All entries must be submitted in accordance with the guidelines provided by www.ttagz.co.uk, ensuring compliance with the set competition rules and conditions. By entering this competition, participants acknowledge and accept that www.ttagz.co.uk bears the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in line with the Terms & Conditions. Further details on submission guidelines and entry management can be found on the www.ttagz.co.uk platform. We advise all participants to read these carefully before entering the competition.
By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The ten winners of the competition will be drawn at random.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all who are over the age of 16 and based in the UK and have a UK delivery address. Flavor Sampling and Gosh! Food staff members are excluded from the draw.
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are: (i) automatically generated by computer, (ii) completed by third parties or in bulk, (iii) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with.
There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
The prize
There are ten prizes available to be won. The prize is a month’s supply of Gosh! sweet potato pakora.
There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
The prize will be delivered to the ten winners during the month of August 2023. 9 x packs will be delivered to each winner bi weekly. Winners will receive 2 x Gosh! deliveries in total.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
Winners
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The Promoter will contact the ten winners as soon as possible on, or after, 12 noon (BST) on Friday 30th June 23 (“Announcement Date”), using the telephone number, social media account or email address provided with the competition entry.
The winners will be asked to provide a valid delivery address so that they can receive their bi weekly deliveries of Gosh! Sweet Potato Pakoras.
The Promoter may either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
If you object to this publication (which may include your name), please contact the Promoter on [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to any regulatory or government agency (including the Advertising Standards Authority) on request.
Claiming the prize
If you are a winner of the prize, we will send you an email on the Announcement Date.
The prize may not be given to, or claimed by, a third party on your behalf.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available by 23:59 (GMT) on 14th July 2023, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to receive or use the prize for any reason.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
Ownership of competition entries
All competition entries submitted to Flavor will become the property of Flavor on receipt.
Data protection and publicity
By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information will be used by the Promoter on a Contract basis to administer the promotion. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Flavor(the Promoter) and Gosh! Food Limited for the purposes of administering the prize draw, signing up to the Gosh! newsletter and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice: https://flavorsampling.com/privacy-policy-2/
General
The Promoter reserved the right to (i) exclude any person from participating in the competition, if it has reason to believe that there has been any breach of these terms, and (ii) hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where the Promoter believes (in its sole discretion) that it is reasonably necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
