Flavor Sampling Ltd / PepsiCo

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Flavor Sampling Ltd (Flavor).

Eligibility to enter

  1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age residing in Great Britain and have received a free sample of PepsiCo Popworks Sweet & Salty Popped Crisps via Deliveroo orders between 15th July and 31st July 2024. Employees from Flavor Sampling Ltd, PepsiCo are excluded from the draw.
  2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted throughout the promotional period.
  4. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

  1. The prize draw will be open from 12:00am GMT on 17th June 2024 and end at 11:59pm GMT on 30th June 2024. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
  2. To enter the prize draw simply scan the QR code on the leaflet provided alongside the sample and complete the online consumer survey (full name and email address will need to be provided for the winner to be contacted).
  3. Flavor will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

  1. There will be 1 prize winner.
  2. One winner will receive a £250 Amazon Voucher.
  3. Flavor Sampling Ltd’s use of brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  4. The winner will be selected at random via a randomized third-party name selector.
  5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  6. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  7. The decision of Flavor regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

  1. The winner will be notified after the 31st July 2024 via the email provided in the competition entry.
  2. Flavor will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times asking for further information regarding proof of eligibility and address for delivery.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Flavor reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. This will also be done using a randomized third-party name selector.

Receipt of the prize

  1. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Flavor for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
  2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@flavorsampling.com.
  3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Flavor.
  4. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Flavor’s Privacy Notice which can be found at: https://flavorsampling.com/privacy-policy-2/

Limitation of Liability

  1. Flavor does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Flavor does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
  2. Flavor does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

  1. Flavor reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Great British laws and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
