James Sheerin Appointed Head of Partnerships + Growth

As part of Flavor’s ambitious growth plans, we are very excited to announce that our very own James Sheerin is being appointed to the role of Head of Partnerships + Growth.

The promotion to the newly created role means that he will be overseeing relationships with existing and future sampling partners (such as Subscriptions, Ecommerce, Scouts, etc.) as well as strategically planning and implementing the growth of the agency through introducing new opportunities, entering new markets, and continuing to lead new business efforts.

As well as taking advantage of Flavor’s Remote Working by being one of the most travelled members of the team (currently working out of a villa in Bali), James has already proven to have great strategic insight, unfaltering direction, and a tenacious approach to new business. This new role gives him greater opportunity to utilise all of these skills and affect the growth of the agency as a whole.

James’ promotion after just over a year represents the opportunity for development and growth of the agency over the last 2 years. With the team now nine strong, and new roles planned for the next 6 months.

James is eager to get cracking in his new role, noting that “The last year has been fun and flown by since joining the Flavor team. I am honoured to be contributing to the progression of the agency into 2022 in my new role as Head of Partnerships + Growth and there are some exciting things already in the pipeline!”
